Our Team

Javier B. González
Javier is the Principal of THE & GROUP. He is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts at Amherst College of Arts and Science where he was awarded the Senior Leadership Award. In his successful professional career, he has served in distinguished positions such as the Puerto Rico Deputy Secretary of State, working at the Puerto Rico Olympic Committee as the Director of Marketing and International Relations, and assistant to the president of the organization. He also worked as an advisor to the Secretary of Sports and Recreation of Puerto Rico. Javier has always been passionate about sports and he was part of the University of Massachusetts Water Polo Team where he was an NCAA All America, and he was a Member of the Puerto Rico National Water Polo Team. Javier resides with his wife in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
